  • UK: 1 – 2 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: 2 – 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Worldwide: 3 – 7 business days after dispatch.

At Mr. Sandman, we know how vital security is to our customers. that’s why we’ve implemented state-of-the-art technical and physical safety measures.

Our online payments are handled by Amazon and PayPal – one of the World’s leading service providers. Together, our comprehensive security measures include:

  • Encryption of data using industry standard tamper-proof 128-bit SSL certificates
  • Regular audits of data security conducted by the UK’s leading banks
  • Secure, tamper-proof private (non-Internet) data links to and from the banks
  • Restricted employee access, preventing any decryption of sensitive data

“No-fault” returns

If you decide that the product you ordered is not what you want, it can be exchanged for an alternative product within 30 days of purchase, provided you can supply the original receipt and the item is still in “as new” condition (see below). Any items supplied at no extra charge must also be returned.

In addition, under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you order by phone or online, you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The refund may include the delivery charge of sending the goods to you, but you bear the cost of returning goods to us.

Exclusions

“As new condition” means without marks and with original packaging.

Unless faulty, or not as described, we cannot exchange or offer a refund for:

  • Items that are not standard stock and were ordered in especially for you;
  • Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders; or
  • If your order does not arrive within the expected time period

If the order arrives and goods are damaged, please email our customer services team on sales@mr-sandman.com or call on 01189 732 796  from Monday to Friday, 10.00am – 5.00pm within 48 hours of receipt.

Please carefully inspect all items and do not sign for your package unless you are completely satisfied it has arrived in good condition. If you are unable to inspect your package, add a note alongside your signature to say that the item has not been inspected when you sign for it. If you can see the item has not arrived in good condition, sign for the goods as DAMAGED.

Warranty

All items purchased new from Mr. Sandman come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item is still in warranty, we will bear the postage or replacement costs. However, it is outside the warranty period, you will normally bear the costs for replacement and delivery.

NB – these arrangements apply only to customers resident in the UK and Northern Ireland. We cannot cover the cost of collection or delivery for international warranties.
